Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping options (2–3 business days) are available at checkout for an additional fee. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.

International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations. International orders typically take 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your order through the carrier's website or by logging into your Core Health Club account.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
